Classic Vinaigrette
This vinaigrette is great to top a Greek style salad but has a mild enough flavor that it can be used on most any salad. Recipe modified from the Barefoot Contessa.
2 cloves garlic, minced
1t. dried oregano
1/2 t. dijon mustard
1/4c. apple cider vinegar
1t. sea salt
1/2 t. black pepper
1/2c. olive oil
Whisk all ingredients together. If using a blender, blend all ingredients except the olive oil and add in olive oil last and add slowly to the mixture while blender is running.
