A great idea for breakfast is kind of a morning "muesli," an idea I adopted from Ani Phyo's first book. I put about 1/4 c. pumpkin seeds, 1/8 c. sunflower seeds, 1T. flax seeds, half an apple and a banana in a bowl with almond milk. So good and so fast!
Ooh! I'll keep this in mind for those busy days. It'll slow me down for a little while and boost my energy too.
