Raw vegan burger



Makes 14 patties

Burgers
3/4c. soaked almonds
3/4c. soaked walnuts
3/4c. soaked sunflower seeds
1 1/4 chopped crimini mushrooms marinated in tamari
1/2 diced yellow onion
1 1/2c. celery
1/2 bell pepper
(1/4 bunch parsley-optional)
5 cloves garlic, minced
1/6c. olive oil
1/2c. nama shoyu/tamari
1/2 t. cayenne
1/2 c. water
1c. flax seed

Mix all ingredients together
Use 1/2c. measuring cup to shape burgers and flatten into 3inx1/2in patties
dehydrate at 110 degrees for 6-8 hours. Flip burgers at about 4 hours.

Ketchup
3/4c. tomato
1/4c. apple cider vinegar
1/8c. nama shoyu/tamari
1/8c. agave or honey
2-3 garlic cloves
1c. sundried tomatoes

Blend all ingredients in blender
makes about 1c. of ketchup

Serve on onion bread, raw bread, lettuce leaf, etc.
