Rawvioli

Wrappers:
Daikon or Beets- slice as thin as possible with mandolin. Mine were about 1/16 of an inch

Filling: 
1 c. cashews soaked 2+ hours
1 T. lemon
1 t. nutritional yeast
1/2 t. salt to taste
1 green onion
1 clove garlic
cayenne pepper and black pepper to taste

Sauce: 
pesto (see perfect pesto recipe)

Modified from Raw Food Real World. Use any kind of sauce you like, I used what I had on hand. The filling is to die for with either daikon or beets as the wrapper.
