Raw food prep day: green juice, red juice, chocolate bars, thai tomato cold soup



Green juice:
Large bunch kale- any kine
2 apples
2 lemons
4 stalks celery
1 cucumber
1/2 bunch cilantro

Red juice:
4 beets
2 apples
12 carrots
4 inch finger ginger
2-3 inch finger tumeric

Chocolate "lara" raw bars
1c. walnuts
1 c. almonds
1 1/3 c. dates
1t. vanilla extract
3-4T. cacao powder
1/8 t. salt

Thai Inspired Tomato soup:
Blend till smooth:
2 cups any type of tomato
2 T. lemongrass finely chopped
1 T. fresh lime juice
2t. grated fresh ginger
1 clove garlic minced
1 t. sea salt
1c. water

blend again with 1 more cup of water

top w/ fresh basil and add cayenne for spice :)
process all together in food processor and shape to your liking. Enjoy!
